Information we use
The FMS stores Discord identity details, service characters, ranks, divisions, qualifications, training, duty activity and records created on the platform. Operational location data is processed while an authorised unit is booked on.
Why it is used
Information is used to authenticate members, enforce permissions, operate CAD and service workflows, maintain safety and provide an accountable audit history.
Access and retention
Access is permission-controlled. Contact community administration to request access, correction or deletion where deletion is compatible with legitimate audit requirements.
Third parties
Discord supplies identity and role information. FiveM integrations supply approved character, unit and location events. Personal information is not sold.
