I can’t access my service or division+
Contact your service command. Portal access follows your active personnel record and assigned divisions. Division command appointments are managed through Personnel.
My character or rank is incorrect+
Give your service command your character name and service number so they can check the FMS personnel record.
A page or feature isn’t working+
Include the page address, the time, the action you took and the exact error. A screenshot helps the team investigate.
I need to report a security concern+
Contact the support team privately and immediately. Do not share passwords, session links, credentials or confidential operational information in a public channel.
